B) How to—? Usually we ship to replacement to you with your next order if you can provide the proof(photo or video

) of the broken parts, if the quantity exceed 20% of your order quantity, we will request you to send back the broken 

parts to us to check and analyze the reasons.(this situation almost not exist.)
